The ROM Crystal's steel skeleton is being clad - see top left of image. When complete, the crystal's surface will be 75% aluminum and 25% glass.

1. Wasn’t it supposed to be 75% glass originally and 25% aluminium, until the cocktail napkin scheme proved to be highly idealistic and impractical, given that Toronto weather could never be kept at bay with such materials, and so the museum’s collection might risk being damaged?
