Openings At Harbourfront Tonight And Big Art Party Night

Sally McKay notes that tonight is a big opening night at the York Quay Centre at Harbourfront. Activities there begin at 6 and continue to 9 PM. Her joint show with Von Bark, Thicket 1: the Voyage, opens at York Quay tonight.

Tonight also kicks off the 3rd annual Toronto Alternative Art Fair International at the Drake and the Gladstone Hotels on Queen West.

Yvonne Bambrick of Streets Are For People emailed us with the news that the "Community Vehicle Reclamation PRoject" was moved from Augusta Avenue to its new home behind Segovia Meats.

People are welcome to visit her when the gate is open but should take note that there is a big dog that lives back there... you can peak over the fence from the Green P lot on Bellevue - head to the N E corner of the lot.

Annual General Meeting
The Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation will hold its annual general meeting next Wednesday evening at the Design Exchange. Starting at 6:30 and running until 9:00, the meeting will review what has been accomplished over the last year and what the new year will bring.
